Aromatherapy Aromatherapy is the practice of using Aromatherapy to bring health and clarity to your mind, body, and spirit. The natural oils are extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant. The aroma from the oils enhances psychological and physical well-being and is believed to stimulate brain function. Aromatherapy can be absorbed through the sense of smell or through the skin to promote whole-body healing. Before each session you are welcome to choose any of our Aromatherapy, though you may choose to not use any. If you have allergies to any of the Aromatherapy please inform your therapist. Aromatherapy should never be taken internally without consulting a qualified aromatherapy practitioner. Clove An aphrodisiac in nature, clove serves as an excellent stress reliever. It removes mental exhaustion and fatigue from the mind. It is a sweet, spicy aroma that is familiar and comforting, and evokes a calm energy. Clove properties include antimicrobial, anti-fungal, antiseptic, antiviral, aphrodisiac, and stimulant. Other uses include relief from arthritis, asthma, bronchitis, rheumatism, sprains, strains and toothache.Eucalyptus Most commonly used in salves and cold-care products, eucalyptus is a fresh and penetrating scent. Eucalyptus properties include anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, stimulant and other medicinal qualities.
