AromatherapyAromatherapy is the practice of using Aromatherapy to bring health and clarity to your mind, body, and spirit. The natural oils are extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant. The aroma from the oils enhances psychological and physical well-being and is believed to stimulate brain function. Aromatherapy can be absorbed through the sense of smell or through the skin to promote whole-body healing.
